Dry Stone Walling in Danby, North Yorkshire.

This is yet another excellent event to celebrate National Parks week. Join North Yorkshire National Park Ranger, Carl Cockerill, on a full day workshop learning the skills involved in dry stone walling. Try your hand at dry stone walling using local sandstone, one of the two types of walling stone used in the National Park. Gloves are provided.

As the event runs from 10.30 – 16.00 they suggest bringing along a packed lunch or visit Tea rooms in National Park Centre.
