The Horseshoe Hotel in Egton Bridge is holding a beer festival this weekend – 31 July – 02 August 2009.
They promise between 15 and 20 ales. Tonight there will be live music from The Committee, a hog roast on Saturday and entertainment by Keith Swales on Sunday Evening. All proceeds from the event go to the RNLI.

- We moved to Flamborough Rigg Cottage in July 2007 after a number of years in a beautiful part of Derbyshire and for us both returning to Yorkshire was coming home. As soon as we saw Flamborough Rigg we knew it was a place our girls (Labradors Phoebe and Meg) would be happy – wonderful walks and great dog friendly pubs. The dogs instincts turned out to be right!
