Here we all are at the beach on the look out for dolphins as Caroline told us that last month there was a rare sighting of a group of bottlenose dolphins just off the coast near Whitby, North Yorkshire.
Lily is very excited if a little confused. Her only experiences of animals that swim in the sea are the small fish we sometimes find in the rock pools when visiting Robin Hoods Bay. She has announced that we should invite the dolphins to live in our small pond in the chicken run at Flamborough Rigg cottage B&B. As it was a large group that was spotted, about 12 dolphins, it might be a tight squeeze in there!
