The 25th Jorvik Viking Festival takes place in York from 13th – 25th February 2010.

The diverse activities include readings, music, re-enactments on the battlefields, boat burning, art and crafts, combat through the ages, music, film’s and theatre. Additional highlights for children include play fighting, special face painting, story telling and creating beards for the annual best beard competition.
