Medieval Falconry at Rievaulx Abbey, North Yorkshire


For a real treat this Easter head to Rievaulx Abbey where costumed medieval falconers, will present demonstrations of spectacular aerial displays of Birds of Prey in flight. In the magnificent setting of the Priory ruins discover how these birds were used in the medieval times for hunting and for status.

The event takes place from 3 – 5 April from 11.30 – 17.00.
